Good morning, Jewell. Fall sports begin one week from today! Please make sure athletes have an active physical on file in the front office and are registered in FamilyID. Locker rooms are not accessible so athletes must plan accordingly. Specific practice times follow. MS & HS XC will practice from 7-9 am. HS FB & VB will practice from 9 am to 12 pm. MS VB will practice from 3:30-5:30 pm. And MS FB will practice from 5-7 pm. Please contact your coach or Emma or Mr. Freeman if you have any questions or concerns. Go Jays!

I would like to remind 5th-8th grade girls volleyball practice will begin August 15th at 3:30 pm in the little gym. Please dress in either shorts or leggings that can fit knee pads over them and tennis shoes or running shoes are preferred. If you have a water bottle that's awesome. If not, I will provide one. Good evening. Coach Beatty is hosting a HS FB camp August 8th-10th from 8-11 in the morning. All HS FB players are encouraged to attend. And due to construction, no access to the locker rooms is allowed as the old locker rooms no longer exist! Please plan accordingly.
Good afternoon, Jewell! CMH has sports physicals scheduled in Astoria at Astor Elementary school this week on Thursday & Friday from 9-4 pm. They will be closed between 12-1 for lunch. These are $25 per exam and are on a walk-in basis. A good chance to renew your physical if it is needed!

Congratulations to the following HS T&F athletes for their fantastic performance(s) in the state meet in Eugene last week! Nicholas Nikander placed 9th in the 3000 Meters. Andrew Valdez placed 3rd in the 300m Hurdles. Our relay team composed of Cyrus Blodgett, Justin Wammack, Nicholas Nikander, and Andrew Valdez placed 5th in the 4x100 Relay. Brenna Shaw placed 6th in the High Jump. Justin Wammack placed 4th and Peyton Meehan placed 5th in the Pole Vault. Brenna Shaw placed 8th in the Long Jump and 6th in the Triple Jump. Splendid job, Blue Jays!
