Applications open April 1st for free preschool programs in Clatsop County! Families with children ages 3 or 4 (by September 1, 2025) who meet income guidelines are encouraged to apply. Participating programs include Astoria, Jewell, and Seaside School Districts, Simply Kids Preschool, and Community Action Team – Head Start.
